With our deliveries within Germany, a return slip is included. Fill out the cancellation form you received via email with your order confirmation, and include it in the package.

Attach the included return label to the return and send the package back to us free of charge.

Sometimes our application or mood images do not match the selected colour. However, you can rely on receiving the colour you selected with your order.

For verification, you can also view the other product images. The product will be displayed in the selected colour there.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days after receiving the goods. Individual custom-made items are excluded.

Please ensure proper packaging so that the item is not damaged during return transport.

If it is an item that cannot be sent in a package, for example, a bulky product, and therefore timely return is not possible, please inform us within the time limit via email at shop@wolters-cat-dog.de.

Our customer service will then contact you and organise the pickup of the goods. The return shipping is free for you.

Whether your dog needs a jacket depends on factors such as their coat type, age, activity level, and the weather conditions. Dogs with short fur or little insulating undercoat can get cold quickly in low temperatures.

Older dogs, puppies, or freshly groomed dogs can also benefit from additional warmth and moisture protection. It's important that the dog jacket fits well and does not restrict your dog's freedom of movement.

Observe your dog closely in cold, windy, snowy, or rainy conditions. Shivering, a tense body posture, an arched back, or a tucked tail can be signs that your dog is cold.

If your dog is becoming slow, seeking shelter, or reluctant to go outside in bad weather, additional warmth or moisture protection may be advisable.

The right size is primarily determined by the back length and chest girth of your dog. Measure the back length from the shoulder blades to the base of the tail. Measure the chest girth at the widest part of the chest behind the front legs.

Always refer to the size chart of the specific model, as the cuts of our dog jackets may differ. If you are in between sizes, we generally recommend opting for the larger size, so your dog has enough freedom of movement.

Dogs differ not only in size but also in body structure. Therefore, selected WOLTERS dog jackets are available in special fits in addition to the regular cut.

The Wide Chest cut is particularly suitable for robust dogs with a pronounced chest. Long Back is designed for dogs with a comparatively long and narrow body shape.

For mild, rainy days, a lightweight rain jacket is suitable, which protects your dog from wind and moisture. If it gets cold as well, a lined outdoor or winter jacket is recommended.

Many of our dog jackets are also suitable for harness wearers. Selected models feature a zip opening at the back, through which you can connect the lead directly to the harness underneath.

The water column indicates the water pressure a material can withstand before water penetrates the fabric. It is measured in millimetres.

The higher the water column, the greater the protection the material offers against penetrating water. You can find the respective water column in the product details of our appropriately equipped dog jackets.

Selected WOLTERS dog jackets feature Teflon EcoElite™ treatment. It enhances the water and dirt-repellent properties of the outer material.

Always note the care instructions for the respective model. Many of our dog jackets can be washed at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener.

To determine the right collar size, you need to measure your dog's neck circumference. Use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it loosely around the lower part of their neck.

The collar should not be too tight. As a guideline, for most dogs, about two fingers should fit between the collar and the neck. For very small dogs, one finger is sufficient.

Always check the size specifications for the specific collar, as adjustment ranges and fits can vary depending on the model.

For most of our dog harnesses, the chest girth is crucial. Measure this at the widest part of the ribcage behind the front legs.

In our size specifications, you will find the adjustment range for the harness. This way, you can compare your dog's measured chest girth with the appropriate size.

If your dog falls between two sizes, we typically recommend the larger size. After adjusting, make sure the harness fits securely, does not dig in and that your dog cannot escape.

A dog harness should fit snugly to the body without constricting. The straps should neither dig in nor be so loose that your dog can slip out of the harness.

Ensure that the front legs have sufficient freedom of movement and that straps or padding do not press or rub directly in the armpit area.

Regularly check the fit – especially for young dogs, who are still growing.

Whether a collar or harness is more suitable depends on your dog, the specific situation, and your joint activities.

A collar is simple and works well for many everyday situations. A harness, on the other hand, distributes any pulling force over a larger area of the body instead of just the neck.

An H harness consists of multiple interconnected straps and usually offers various adjustment options. This allows it to adapt well to the dog's body shape.

In a Y harness, the straps run in a Y-shape over the chest area. Depending on the model, a padded chest section can provide additional comfort.

Which harness is better suited to your dog mainly depends on their body shape, movement pattern, and intended use.

An escape-proof harness can be particularly useful for fearful or insecure dogs. It features an additional belly strap, which makes it harder to escape from the harness.

At WOLTERS, you will find so-called No Escape harnesses for this purpose. To find the right size, you will need to measure both the chest girth and the belly circumference of your dog.

As with any harness, correct adjustment is crucial. Therefore, regularly check that all straps fit securely and that your dog still has enough freedom of movement.

No. Our dummies are primarily intended for joint training as well as throwing and retrieving games.

Intensive chewing can damage parts like hand loops, seams or attached fabric areas. Therefore, use a dummy together with your dog and not as a permanent chew or solitary toy.

Yes. Even with robust dog toys, you should keep an eye on your dog while playing. Regularly check the toy for damage and replace it if parts break off or the material is heavily damaged.
