Shipping with DHL
We ship your order with DHL. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. This will include the available tracking information and you can check the current shipping status.
Shipping Costs
There are unavoidable costs for packaging and shipping. We do not add these costs to the value of the goods but list them separately within the order. We do not profit from these costs. Additionally, we offer you a free return with the shipping costs. If an order is delivered to multiple addresses, the shipping costs will be charged per delivery address.
Orders over €30.00
For a value of over €30.00 within Germany, shipping costs of €6.95 will apply.
For a value of over €30.00 within the EU, shipping costs of €8.95 will apply.

Orders under €30.00
For order values up to €30.00, an additional service charge of €3.00 will apply. Thus, you will pay €9.95 within Germany and €11.95 within the EU. This service charge is indicated on our order forms and will be automatically displayed to you when ordering from the webshop.
Orders over €95.00
For an order value of €95.00 or more, we deliver all non-bulky parcel items shipping-free within Germany and the EU!
Orders for bulky parcel items
Bulky parcel items are those that exceed the dimensions listed above. These packages are also delivered by our logistics partner DHL.
For the shipping of bulky parcel items within Germany, shipping costs of €14.95 will apply.
For the shipping of bulky parcel items within the EU, shipping costs of €29.95 will apply.
For the shipping of bulky goods within the EU and Germany, shipping costs of €39.95 will apply.
